    ... months ago from their new 787 Dreamliner to the older 777 model. This my have led to my confusion over the date of the actual flight. We were really looking forward to trying the new Dreamliner as we have flown the 777 several times before and it is our least favorite for international business class travel.     ... SUV because the luggage we had would not fit into a standard taxi. Left hotel 13:30 and arrived at LaGuardia Airport around 14:30.     ... run the marathon here in Panamá and go a better time and gold...if possible. Besides this I have several near and long-term Ultra in February 50K, an international marathon (besides Panama if I do it), and a half Ironman in August (if work doesn´t get in the way).

    I hope I have inspired or motivated you to set goals and go for them and well maybe to run or continue to run :P Any distance, any speed, all are worthy....its equally an worthy effort and excellent goal!

    ... Deanne and I met a woman named Kate in Costa Rica a few years ago and she lives in this hood. We called her, but she was up at Lake George. It seems lots of locals are on vacation out of town this labor day weekend. Too bad because she was a lot of fun.
