... week with those we love.
We had the honour of being invited to the Royal St. George's College 50th anniversary bash by my former boss Steve, then combined a Toronto furniture run with a Go Freddie Go concert at the old Chick n Deli so we are still in touch with the Toronto crowd. The spring has also provided lots of opportunities to reconnect with our old Ridley pals.
We even managed to squeeze in one more consulting job to top up the travel fund ...

... we need to give it back. If there is a way to honor the broken treaties, we must do it now. People have been the worst enemy of the earth in some ways (miners, hunters who have made species extinct or on the verge of it, developers, and so on) and the greatest saviors of it, like Teddy Roosevelt, John Muir, and others who fought tirelessly to stop the destruction and save some lands even though it was ultimately taken from the Native people.

... for Martha's Vineyard. On the way to East Falmouth we stopped at another campground that was also full. The attendant there made a call to Jellystone at Maple Park to check on site availability for us. Surprisingly, Maple Park had sites available and I was able to reserve a site while they were on the phone. We were very happy to have found a site. Now we can concentrate on visiting Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard over the next couple of days.

... because it was ellens bat mitzva we got dressed up and did our hair for the occasion :p Services were also a lot longer because of that so it was a looong morning of being jewish! Then we had a buffet lunch and it was amaaazing bagels and cream cheese :) they brought out the good food cause there were guests for the bat mitzva :):) and since we have CAs at our tables it makes life a million times easier for ...
