... bus was coming at 9.30 to go to Manhattan then I had to change there for the next one to providence Rhode Island. I nearly didn't get on the bus as I needed a confirmation number from my booking but can't get my emails out here so luckily he found my details and let me on. Was a quick 30 minute ride to Manhattan then I had the stress of finding my next bus station. Got there in the end then it was a long 5 hour bus journey ...

... few days. Thursday she spend most of the day sleeping and not able to go to the bathroom. She spent most of the time on our laps since we could see that she was not herself. I had a feeling that she would pass on during the night, while sleeping, but she ended up having a massive convulsion at about 10pm. She was barking, crying, foaming at the mouth and had deficate herself. We took her to a local emergency room vet clinic about 40 minutes away ...

... it did the trick. Then off to a Dollar Tree for packing tape and a box. We collected all the little things we had been saving to send home once we cross the border again. It feels liberating to get everything out and have more space in the van again. Wouldn't you know it, but right next door the Dollar stor was an Aldi. Today we had a bit of a slower start before heading out. We went to Worlds End State Park. Drove past some pretty amazing homes on the way, later we found out that it was one of the proposed locations for the United Nations.

We had a good walk with the kids, 3.5 miles. Stopping along the way to take in the scenery and stunning views. Kids threw pebbles into the water ...

... for Martha's Vineyard. On the way to East Falmouth we stopped at another campground that was also full. The attendant there made a call to Jellystone at Maple Park to check on site availability for us. Surprisingly, Maple Park had sites available and I was able to reserve a site while they were on the phone. We were very happy to have found a site. Now we can concentrate on visiting Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard over the next couple of days.
