We checked out Busch stadium where the local baseball team the St Louis Cardinals play. We checked out the City Garden which had some nice modern art, some which was accessible to simple minds like ours, some which went over our heads.

Having almost worn ourselves out with walking in the blistering heat, it was a quick stop at Starbucks for liquid refreshments before heading back to the car and then back to the hotel. We arrived back at 5:28pm.
We headed back over to Bandana's BBQ for our evening meal before getting an early night, ready to hit the road again tomorrow.
... based, but one of the judges came up to us and chatted to us for awhile and then the other one came and gave us some Guinness glasses as a reciprocal present for the vegemite. Another great night... all that's left is to go back to the room and eat our leftover cold pizza from last night (thank goodness we have a fridge in our room, they are very rare in US hotels) and fall into bed. One more full day in St Louis!
