... set out for dinner. We opted again for a local pub which seems to be the best value and a great way to get a feel for the locals and life in the area. We are yet to have a poor impression. The ingrained courtesy in the American culture is evident for sure. There is also a sense of pride in the local people, of the area they live. If I compare that to home, I would say its the lack of cynicism I think. Even the fact ...

We spend about an hour and half touring the fort and going up in the tower of the bridge. What a great view from the the tower. Then we were off to Bar Harbor and checked out this beautiful vacation spot. The place was packed with people as a cruise ship was in port. We think this would be a ...

We popped out of the woods and into town three hours later. I'm not sure what the locals thought when they saw our sweaty selves come out of there, but I'm sure it was a sight to be seen! I am too tired to write about the town, so I will finish this tomorrow.
      Nite!
