        We struggled to stay awake last night and fell asleep relatively early, woken momentarily a few times by the noise of people in the hallway and rooms, and outside. We were awake at 7am. The day was cloudless and forecast to be 28'. Our mission was to get to the Fishermans Wharf area about 9am to get our Hop On Hop Off and Alcatraz tickets.
