Desmond did great on his first ever airplane flight. He was excited to see the lights of the airport before take off, slept till decent and then woke up to get his wings (and a cup!) from the flight attendant. It is what it is.. Acceptance is what I am learning with all these little roadblocks and yet focusing on the trip. Just like a river.. to a destination unknown. Yet a lot to plan and prepare.. Excitement has not yet kicked in.

We managed to get a free ticket from a survey we randomly did yesterday =) In a city that's expensive to visit, every deal you get helps. After our lunch we head to Wrigley Park. As we get on the trains, we forget about the Cubs vs Cardinals game and the trains are packed. We get to Addison station and follow the crowd out. There is no way we are getting a tour today - boo. We look to get some tickets for the game but ...
