Hiking in the Parks
... hiked through the woods to Caves County Park nearby, where we found spectacular scenery of the limestone caves along the coastline, that have been formed by years of erosion. Really a beautiful place and a fun hike.

Sunday - we decided to drive inland to visit a local cheese making facility. Since it was Sunday they weren't making cheese but they were selling so we bought some.
Drove through some of the small towns but they were closed!! Our town of Menominee was open but only all the restaurants and bars.
Well we are off to Green Bay ...
Lots of lighthouses
We started our trip with a lunch stop at the new Hard Rock Four Winds located in New Buffalo, MI. It is located in the SW portion of the state just above the Indiana border. From here we head to Milwaukee to see the first of 5 lighthouses for the day. I am impressed with Milwaukee's waterfront, It has a nice Riverwalk/Lakewalk and has some nice parks right on Lake Michigan. We spent the night in NE ...
Bertha Gains Walmart Camper Status!
... was less populated with more eateries and fewer shops. Still art
displays were eye catching and placed to bring beauty to the street corners and
walks.
Time to head on down the road to get a few hundred miles in before
stopping for the night. We grabbed a delicious lunch at the Log Den just
outside Egg Harbor. Offered as a substitute for French fries with our sandwich,
