Today we drove off the main highways for s change and it was so peaceful with no big trucks for a change. Coming through little towns one could be fooled into thinking we were in a different country. Avon, Geneva yes there is a Lake Geneva! We couldn't find an entry into this lake, but continued along the roqad to a national Park called Sampson, and a big lake, Seneca.

So...we pulled over for gas....let me clarify, FUEL. & i noticed a hissing sound. Turns out we had a fast leak. Thankfully Dan knows what he is doing & Luke & I know what we are doing too lol. Dan has us back up & running in 12 min. Glad he is the pit crew ;-) Good times on the roadie ...

... layover in Frankfurt, I don't think it could hurt to have one of my friends teach me a few lines in German--as long as I'm not too confused by then. I have yet to read the chapter in my AP European History textbook on Ancient Rome, but, incidentally, that is something I have been dying to read anyways. Did I mention that I really love Rome? Until then, though, I suppose that my mind shall continue to be filled with thoughts of tasty lemon, even strawberry ...

... a litre (still a lot less than us) but, when we started the trip, gas was selling for $3.19 a gallon or $0.87 a litre. So at 32 miles to the gallon we used 146 gallons total
x avg $3.60 $526.00 for theround trip. Not bad I'd say.
