Sleepy towns
... front. There was a ramp going up to a boardwalk that ran above the car park where a bunch of goats walked up. On the sides of the boardwalk, you could pay a quarter to receive a handful of corn to feed to the goats via a pulley system. The goats watched when you filled up their cup with corn and then pulled it up to the boardwalk so they could eat it. Totally random, but absolutely hilarious! We had a good laugh. Some Random Campsite
... up pulling off of the highway and staying at a pretty remote campsite that night, there were a few horse/cattle farms around us, and a couple of RV’s spread along the river, but no one else was in tents or anywhere near our site location. We got to see an owl on a close lamppost on the way into the site, as well as cows on the road, and enjoyed the beautiful Northern Lights in the evening, although only for a few ...
Wine Tasting
... we got taken to a different venue and so it took longer than expected once we figured that out.
We enjoyed the wine tasting. My only surprise was how teeny some of the samples were. We then went back to the hotel for some more wine and food.
