    ... danishes, muffins and coffee. Good thing too, because we were going to need plenty of fuel (e.g. caffeine?) to stay alert for 515 MILES on I-70!

    Now I understand why the speed limit is 75 and most of the cars were still exceeding. We set Roxy's cruise control at a hair under 80. I think the open road agrees with her as she got 34.5 MPG - the highest yet!
