... didn't want to go overboard with our activities. Seriously. People were throwing up overboard into the ocean! The ride was very memorable, even if it was in a bad way. At land, we were told that the normal wind speed at sea was around 10-12 knots and on the day we went it was around 21 knots. No wonder our boat rocked!! This Great Glassbottom tour was a very nice boat, and the experience would have been amazing, if it weren't for the part about the whole boat throwing up.

... photos. The next item on the agenda was the Conch Republic parade. The main street was closed off at around 8.20pm. The parade was kind of cool. Lots of pomp and ceremony. I saw some of the oldest cheerleaders and marching girls I have ever seen. There were some neat cars too -Mustangs, Hot Rods and even a Monster Truck.
