After a 170 mile drive we stop at the Seven Feathers rest stop located in Canyonville for lunch and offer a little exercise and a treat for the muttzos. Refreshed we complete the 225 mile drive by pulling into our site at Valley of the Rogue State Park, Gold Hill, Oregon.

... did my laundry here. I resupply here. I reacquainted with other hikers I know that I haven't seen for a while. They said that i look like i lost more weight. Sunday, July 5, 2015. PCT day 77. Miles 1163-1189.2 Today was a 26.2 mile day. Yes, I walked a marathon today. I even took a long lunch and nap some time mid-day. The nap definitely felt amazing. Spending the night last night in the hut was a treat as well. There were three other PCTers with me at the hut: Wallaby the 60 something year old Australian man, and the couple in their 20's, Dingo and Cosmic Bubbles. Wallaby is a pleasant person.
