      ... a wild dolphin! I had never seen one in the wild and so close. At times it would be only 10 to 20 yards form the pier. It was after my first beach experience that I thought that I might like it here after all. After our mini safari we booked it back into town for some shopping then dinner.

      ... to dinner at Johanne and Franks so we joined them at 5:00. We enjoyed a lovely dinner and had fun catching up with them. MONDAY: We met them at 8:00 am and rode into town - had a drink at a cafe on 5th street, then rode back. Now we know how to get into town :). Then we tried out pool volleyball - 10:00am on Mondays.       ... all headed to Fort Myers beach to see the sand sculpture competition. Very cool - today was the first day so the sand sculptures were just in their beginning stages. The master sculptors have 21 hours to complete their pieces. It would be interesting to see them complete. Saturday: went to "Bennetts" for breakfast this morning - just across the road form park.
