To summarize a few travel tips we learned from our experience in Ireland and UK: The weather can be cold, we visited in September and it was colder than we expected. As a foodie I have to say that if you believe that it's difficult to find good food in Ireland or UK it is a myth! Complete rubbish:-) Like anywhere else in Europe the food is great and in fact very diverse. With our itinerary we will be flying out of Cork to Glascow, and then taking a train one hour east to Edinburgh.
