        ... condusive to longevity. After lunch, Mike and I went over to the Florida State HOG, Harley Owner Group, Ralley and Gail, his lady went off to work. It was fun attending the shindig again. The last one I attended was up in Minnesota and I won the longest ride trophy. I think I rode my bike 1600 miles to go to the ralley.

        Had a two stop flight from Fort Myers to Quebec. Made it two thirds of the way then Betty lost her balance and fell on a moving walkway and tore her left hamstring. Needless to say we had to spend the night in the emergency room in Montreal where no one spoke English as a first language and none of the signage was in English.         We both did that starting about a month before the trip, but don't really know if it made a difference or not. The hotels at elevation all did have oxygen available, and there are prescription medications that can help altitude sickness as well.
