... evening and it was awesome!!!! As we walked to the restaurant, we were amazed at city being so quiet when full of scooters. It turns out that they are all electric so pretty much silent, so much so that it is almost dangerous when they whiz by at speed from behind with no noisy warning alongside walkways.
