Braving the approach of winter, we set out for Boise to pick up our custom made Motorhome slider. We stayed in Winnemucca the first night and then stayed in Jackpot with very few resources. On to Boise - the park was crowded. We got a tour of the factory and met very nice people - the custom slider was all we expected. It is a little disconcerting because my food, water, and lodging stops are all based on altitude, and distance. At least I've had a week of riding to get used to the slow speeds, so I was pretty accurate on my planing ...

... lucky ones that would have a hot breakfast. Instant Oatmeal in a sandwich bag with hot water actually sounded very good. It tasted even better. Good job Amor. Others had yogurt and granola bars, sandwiches left over from the previous day, protein bars and Gatorade.

As we picked up camp I was a little surprised how chilly it still was. I figured I should not complain since pretty soon our climb up Granite Gap ...
