... the surf and the waves are pumping. There isn't many people out which is good and I'm more keen than ever to get out there. ... Calgary at 10:15pm and waited in a long, tired and subdued line of people to clear customs in Canada. The baggage carousel squeaked into action, dumping bag after battered bag onto the conveyor belt. So, if I was feeling down at leaving Colombia, events at the Medellin airport conspired to make me forget my sadness.
