... about. The food was fantastic. We had spring rolls, pork dumplings, and a curry dish. The curry dish tasted very similar to the one that I make with coconut milk, cashews, sweet potato, carrots, etc.
After hiking back to our hotel, we called it a night and decided to catch up on our computer.

Aside from being super bummed about not being able to make my trip, I needed to find a way to get some money back! So I joined a travel forum, Virtual Tourist...what an amazing travel community. Seriously, one user even contacted the hotel where I had the reservation and tried getting me a refund! STRANGERS HELPING STRANGERS!!!
As exciting as it is to live at the beach, it is virtually impossible not to feel like the whole experience is one long vacation.
