    ... The other two cooking were also a father - son team, so everything went smoothly.
    Our day started around 8:30 am with preparing the meat for cooking, and completing all the pre-cooking prep work. Had a quick lunch of fish tacos about 12:30 and then started the actual cooking process. Fires hot by 3 PM and the beef was on to cook.

    ... in San Simeon and popped into the shop which was having a wine tasting of Hearst wines. A fairly new operation they were nevertheless excellent, especially the Tempranillo. We arrived in San Luis Obispo and strolled down to the city centre. Being a student town it was a more happening place but still had several places closing early.     ... Bay Side Cafe, the Humans packed up, hitched up and headed towards the dump station........... or did they? Jil says "isn't that the Humans leaving the park? They couldn't have dumped their tanks in such a sort time, could they?" Uhhhh, to answer Jil's question one only had to watch a while and see the humans make a U-turn around the entrance station and head back towards the dump station.
