    ... 100. Not got for riding with all your gear on but at least we didn't get any holdups today.
    In the evening a few of us together with Nick Sanders and Caroline have a meal together in a posh restuarant (Chart House) overlooking the Atlantic. It was good to have a final get together with some of the guys.

    We walk back to our room, it is 11pm and it is still very hot and humid.

    After Mass, we went to the Apollo diner - it was really good and casual. After lunch we went to visit Nana at her apartment for a little while. Then we went to the pool with everyone. The kids had a great time splashing around! Nana cooked us a great dinner and we enjoyed spending the day with everyone.
