This morning we left our hotel in Dover, Delaware headed for the coast of Virginia. We stopped in Dover to see the Delaware State Capitol, and other old state buildings before heading out. It was small as State Capitol buildings go, but still pretty cool. It reminded both of us of Independence Hall in Philadelphia. After killing an hour we headed for Virginia. Since we were both just freaking ecstatic to be out of New York this three hour drive was nothing. We got ...

This morning we left the boardwalk behind and caught a ride to Delaware via the cape may-lewes ferry. Smooth sailing across the mouth of the Delaware bay. Even saw some dolphins. We actually caught the earlier ferry (amazing feat for us!) so with the extra time we decided to drive thru the Delaware beaches that neither of us had been too since our childhood. Once you get past the generic outlet areas rehoboth was really charming. ...

... and visit Richmond with my host family. It will be our last travel together. I will miss them!

Then, my two months in Washington D.C. is already done. I can’t believe it yet. Time flows too quickly when you travel. However, I can’t say that my internship was not fantastic because I saw, visited and did so many things, much more than I planned to do and ...
