This would be a great place to stay if it wasn't for the fog. it is only in summer. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to the beach and good value with a breakfast included in the price. Also close to Hearst Castle.

Best inn I've stayed in so far. Nothing fancy, but for the location it's got the best prize/value relation.
Clean rooms with a beatiful ocean sunset view. Big comfy beds. Breakfast offers the basics like toast, coffee and juice, though seating space is sparse.

I spent many of the first 3 hours pacing a young soldier across various climbs. At times we couldn't climb any faster than 2 miles per hour. That particular soldier made it all 93 miles. Out of 200 + riders I finished the ride with the last 10 riders ...

Wow what an amazing place Hearst Castle was to visit, the building of the castle started in 1919 to 1947, taking almost 30 years to complete!! William Hearst worked together with a woman Julia Morgan (who was the first woman architect of her time) to build the castle.

Hearst Castle featured 56 bedrooms, 61 bathrooms, 19 sitting rooms, 127 acres of gardens, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis ...
