      We slept in pretty much.  Well... I slept in, at least.  We had a simple, light breakfast and walked down to the beach just to check it out.  It had rained the night before and everthing was still pretty wet.  It was still pretty. After the beach, we piled into the van and went to, of all places, Walmart.  We stocked up on groceries and beer (Yuengling Black and Tan).       This was my first reunion with these wonderful people after I moved away to South Carolina. We met in Carolina beach in North Carolina to camp out for the weekend. It was a beach you could only access if you had 4WD and your pitched your tents right off the shore, only feet away from the ocean! It was awesome.       ... those darn Pelicans are hard to catch on film, they are amazing birds huge! Average size has a 10ft wing span there are several varieties we've mostly seen the black ones and white, the black dive for their fish it's really something to watch they free fall from the sky directly into the water and pop up with a fish...the white ones open up their big bills and scoop them up more delicate. :-)
