    ... we could see a set of locks through which the ships must pass when going between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Quite a feat since the first canal was built 1829 and rebuilt several times since then. It is again hot(30 C) and humid so we are constantly feeling hot and sticky. I need to keep reminding myself about how far south it is here.Thank goodness there is a nice breeze when we sit outside.

    Yet another amazing breakfast.. Couple from Thunder Bay were very interesting to talk to..
    Love some of the Canadian place names.. Thunder Bay is on the shores of Lake Superior.
    Just the name congers up immages of Grissley Adams and fur trappers..
