    ... where they are preparing to test for a manned Mars flight - I event got to play with some of the robots.  At the end of the tour - David autographed a copy of his book - Full Circle which is about the role of the back office workers on the missions.  It was so kind of him.  It was amazing and more than I could have ever wanted.  I then was given a Cap and some pens from NASA, Johnston Space Centre.  Keepers. :) ...

It's printed on their T-shirts as well as other items. The laid back atmosphere that we saw on the island certainly attests to that.     It's finally here!!! Time to cruise.....

    We were up early and ready to go. The first thing we all did was check the website live webcam to see if the Navigator of the Seas made it to port on time and if there was fog to keep us from leaving on time.     Well I haven't updated for a few days so I hope I can remember everything. Still in Texas! We left Dripping Springs Friday morning heading for Galveston Island. We stayed at Jamaica Island RV Resort on Galveston. No KOA's here. That evening we drove into Houston to have dinner with Robert's sister and her family.
