    ... but Linton was dubious and after much testing and tinkering on his part, it finally got less and less charge so we had to get a new one from out of town. We really needed to do our laundry so this worked out fine.The lights are much brighter now. We can forget all our troubles, forget all our cares. Here I go again - bursting into song. Time to go to bed. We are going to get some LEDs.

    ... dragged myself up and out of the house. Brenda's night one was not so blissful. She was up cleaning out her suitcase from 2-5:30am, before going back to bed until noon. Yikes!!     ... before our final flight, we didn't have much time to think about it. The last flight came and went uneventfully. We eased in to the partially snow covered runway and I silently cursed the fact that I was home (ok, yeah, I probably said it out loud too). Brenda texted her friend and we headed to baggage claim.     I have been home from my trip for almost a week. The journey back went smoothly. I woke up on Sunday at 4 am and took a quick shower. My bag was already packed from the night before. I lugged my suitcase down all 77 steps of Lora's apartment (better than lugging it up!) and walked to the train station, where I hopped on the 4:51 leg to the airport.     ... and hiking and not on the usual tourist spots. The only problem with that was I still needed to get up close & personal with some koalas. A few keystrokes later and we had the best of both!!
