    ... hills. Met a young couple at Dangar Falls near Bellingen. They were from Angaston and away for 12 months working - they had found one job - picking blue berries and lasted one day. They said it was very back breaking work so gave it a miss. The following day was a clean up day after the storm - couple of tree limbs across the driveway.     ... creeks. The secluded beach was also a short walk away, and had the odd person taking an early morning stroll. What a way to start the day!

    ... witness to her indignity, as hippie guy was nowhere to be seen.

    I have a secret theory that she was actually so pleased to have safely returned from a small craft outing with me, without being either soaked, bruised or both that she was attempting, Pope like, to kiss the ground on safe deliverance and somehow missed and kissed the bottom of the canoe instead !!

    ... a good place to be for that!. The next night there was a bon fire and the night after we all headed back out to the beach for a beach party! They had a pretty sweet stereo built into a trash can and tiki torches that were all set up on the beach.

The lookout was pretty and reminded us both of England with the dramatic cliff drops and proper grass which we had not really seen since England as in Asia and Queensland it was mainly thick grass. We took a few pictures before heading into Lennox Head where we stopped at Lake Ainsworth, a beautiful large lake with tannin brown coloured waters from the tree roots that lined most of it.
