    ... t drive home so Beckie took to the wheel. Halfway home we were pulled over for a regular police check where Becks was breathalised but was thankfully under the limit! We've had such a fun few days with these two, they've been so nice and welcoming and their exciting travel stories have only fuelled our want to see more of the world! By then it was lunchtime anyway, so we pulled up underneath the bridge crossing the Bellinger River which luckily has a bit of a shallow sandy area, so the girls had a bit of a play in the water, and Ken got his fishing for the day done. And yes, caught 2 fish, a flathead and a bream, bit true to form, both undersized. A drive along the river to the Urunga foreshore, and we were ready for home again. ...

    ... long wave. It made for a good photo that's for sure and I'm not putting my hand up to say that I gave him the idea so i could get that photo...

    Well, for tomorrow its looking like a rest day as there is plenty to do in the resort. I Cannot pass up the NRMA membership Golf Discount of a round of golf, 9 hole course, for $5... Well $8 all up, because I have to hire the clubs and balls for $3. Going to be a hard day tomorrow I think.

    ... there was no one around so I popped into the info centre located at the bus station to get hold of their phone number and pick up a map. The lady behind the counter kindly offered to call them for me after telling me how unusual it was for the bus to be on time. There was a triathlon going on next to the hostel so they'd had problems getting their shuttle bus out but they were on their way! The guy who picked me up took me on a quick tour ...
