... learned SO much and I think I have kept of pretty darn well.
Tonight a few new feelings have hit me though. It is the first night I really just wanted my space and realized I needed to just relax. I went in the pool and hot tub for awhile, took a shower, and then went back outside. It is a beautiful night here in California! It is dark but it is still warm with a slight breeze and it was just so relaxing. I sat at a table and listened to my iPod, wrote thank ...

I have ALWAYS wanted to take a ballroom class, just a simple lesson or two, and now I have learned an entire ballroom show in just two and a half days! Of course because I haven't had proper training I am sure my placement is incorrect and my technique is awful, but I am having the time of my life learning this new style! Our teacher told us that Pasha Kovalev choreographed the entire show.. he was on Season 3 of So You Think You Can Dance and is ...

... around midnight, over 30 hours without sleep.

Our first day in LA was decided to walk along Sunset Boulevard before heading to Hollywood. Boulevard and the "Walk of Fame". It didn't take long for us to board a small tour truck with 6 others for a tour of the streets where the rich and famous lived. Firstly we were taken through the Hollywood Hills to view the Hollywood sign before heading to Beverly Hills. Some of the houses were incredible, we passed ...

What a final day. We havent been blown away by our time in Los Angeles but Universal Studios Hollywood was definitely a high point. We were up at 8.30 and soon tucking into another delicious omelette at our hotel. A short trip on the Metro train and free shuttle transfer had us inside Universal Studios a fraction after its 10am opening time. We planned our day perfectly, getting to each and every show, and riding each ride at least twice. Overall we ...
