... the coast of Lake Michigan. The lake is so vast that you forget that it is a lake. We are now staying in Gladstone on Little Bay de Noc MI. The campground is right on the water and is mainly occupied by families from the lower part of the state. They are all very friendly and as soon as they see that we have FL plates want to tell us where they stay in FL. We have been getting a kick out of how everyone uses the phrase you betcha eh. We journeyed across beautiful M2. M2 goes right along lake Michigan. We stopped along the way at scenic points. We were inundated w midges, yucky flies. But then greeted by a lovely hostess at our escanaba hotel motel, the sunset lodge. Now enjoying dinner @ The Buck ...
