      Niagara Falls, a fabled name that reaches out of the past with urban legends of heart shaped beds in seedy honeymoon suites and tales of courageous ( and/or crazy) daredevils tempting fate for their moment of fame.       ... our table. Once it gets dark and the falls are lit you here a lot of wows!! It really is cool but I guess I wanted more. Not sure what, but something to really say WOW!! look at that!!!

      Our campground is a nice easy 15 minute ride from the falls and we are enjoying our stay. We will be here until Friday when we move to Pennsylvania. Moving our way to Florida but very, very slowly:)) ...

      ... it was nearing 10:30AM! We had to fend off a few squirrels trying to nip at our ankles and push past a few tourists, but we managed! The walk back seemed much longer than the walk to the falls. We took turns freshening up in the camper and got some carrots, wheat thins, hummus and jerky out of the cooler, along with some iced coffee and half frozen waters…ahhh!!!       ... weekend was going to be worth the time out of my currently overloaded schedule when, before the bus even left Albany, my daughter turned to me and said, "This is going to be great." We went on this trip as a mother-daughter trip instead of a troop trip. I loved the bonding time - we were able to spend quality time without worrying about parking, having money, meals, or gas.       ... do this to go into Canada and then again by American border officers to get back into America but they were a little more considerate, we didn't have to all pile out of the bus on the way back, he just came in and collected out passports to review.
