Making our way back up north towards Yosemite National Park! Long drive from Vegas with no real excitement... Until Lauren bought some cashew nuts and opened them a little too forcefully! ... my iPad, set myself up next to the pool, and swam and floated while the third session was going on (Humor Me). It was very good and very informative, but mostly it was fun to participate from the pool. After that, I read some and swam some and basically didn't do anything. It was lovely, especially since the free day gave grandpa a chance to get his legs up and relax. So basically, we did nothing. We watched the waterfalls, soaked up the sun, and had a lovely nothing ...
... we realized we were still a mile away from the camp ground. We walked 20 minutes, then started to freak out... We're we going the right way??? We finally arrived at our campground only to get lost and wonder around Another half hour!
At 2am we hugged , and collapsed into our tents and passed out. Thus completing the first 25ish miles of the Jmt that we wouldnt have otherwise vern able to do. John muir would be proud... Maybe
