After waking up in our 7th Motel of the trip we sampled the free breakfast although were a bit disappointed with only cereal and bagels as the options, after watching a bit of Maury (think American version of Jeremy Kyle) we were on our way to Seaside Heights on the coast of New Jersey. A desperate gamble

Yep. We took the flight to Dover. We really didn't have anything to lose since we decided if we were not on a flight to Europe in the next few hours, we were just going to go back home.

Fewer seats
Our flight just went from 53 available seats down to 19. There are a couple of families here who having been trying for flights for as long or longer than we have. Some of them have been shuttling back and forth between bases with no luck.

Anyway, the ride was cool. We passed by what claimed to be the oldest fire station in the USA. We also got a glimpse of Hollystock. This seemed to be a small town version of Woodstock. There was live music, tie-dyed shirts, rain, and mud. I wasn't at Woodstock but I'd say they pulled it off. From bad to worse
