But when I got outside, I had no idea that there was a whole other section of shops and restaurants and bars and music an lights - so I set the pain aside for the time being and went and experienced this too.       ... Palm Desert we pulled into another lookout. This one was packed with cars and a big motorcycle group (old ***** like us). The view was spectacular. To the southeast (through the haze) you could see a faint outline of the Sultan Sea, an inland salt lake.

      Below us you could see the road snaking down, back and forth with several hairpin turns. And below that was Palm Desert, a bright green oasis, surrounded by the barren mountains and desert. It's easy to tell that ...

      ... leave so myself Kaylen and Jane headed over to Aliso. We arrived there a bit later than expected - we got there about 7, we said 6-6.30. I then said bye to the girls. Kammi had her mate Katherine down so I played Wii Just Dance with them and won 3/3 games, I was on fire haha. We then went to walk the dog,and have a catch up, one of the neighbours was having a street party so we had a look - they even had a band outside. I then called it an early night as I was quite tired.
