    ... other hand will be busy. Mary and I will be testing our golf skills at TPC San Antonio, home course to the Texas Open. I'm not sure what we've gotten ourselves into but I'll be taking lots of pictures. Hopefully we will represent golf in The Villages well but no matter how we play, I'm sure we'll come home with some good golf stories.

    That's all for now, stay tuned.

    Monday morning San Antonio;

    Greetings all from Texas. I wish I had some pictures to send of the drive from New Orleans to San Antonio but there was nothing much to snap. It was 540 miles of flat, swampy land with the city of Houston coming somewhere in between. It was a really boring ride. Today we took a more relaxed morning and stayed in the waterpark near our room all day while the Kelly's met up with friends at the other park to do some of the more intense slides. We started the day at the wave pool all together and then convinced Brynn to ride the Falls river ride back to the other side of the park where we enjoyed the Alligator river for a log while. Pizza lunch ...

    ... practicing swimming, 80's music on the radio, then Tad, Andy and Daniel came in and I had a frozen margarita. Lunch was sandwiches in the room, followed by a little more park time. Then we showered and drove to San Antonio. First stop: ice cream shop. Next, Alamo. Then a stroll down the Riverwalk for a great dinner at Bella, a Mediterranean Italian restaurant. After dinner we did the mirror maze and laser challenge. We were all super tired and slept very ...

    We woke up this morning with Rosalind not feeling any better from last night. I told her to call and find out if she needed to see a doctor or to continue taking the over the counter meds we purchased last night. After talking with three or four medical personnel in San Antonio, she was told it would be best if she went to an emergency room. We were provided a TRICARE authorization number to visit a hospital on Post Oak Road (close to our hotel) here in Houston. We were ...
