We finished up our 6-State trip today. It was a good time, we visited with lots of good, friendly people, learned a few things and spent a few bucks, but it was time to get home. The plan was to stop at Camping World in New Braunfels to make the appointment to have the correct size and color awning installed. ... and 54 miles until we called it a night, we stopped for gas in Junction TX. Pulled up to the gas station, out of the car, and there was my scary movie. There were bugs everywhere. Crawling up the gas pump. Laying dead on the road. Screaming, we tried to get gas and record this appalling phenomenon. It was impossible, it was too gross, had to get back in the car immediately.
