Wednesday the 17th we left Vancouver for Kelowna and went straight to a winery. What a waste for me! Ian had a taste of two wines I just enjoyed the flowers in the garden and looking around the place. I can just imagine how beautiful it is here in the summer. I am so in love with the flowers.

... us girls drinks all night! Dec 18th Jess and I treated Eddie and Karla again. It was also payday, received my first Canadian pay check of $296. Very happy to stop spending australian money. Ash, Bree and I played ice hockey, it was sooo much fun! Free skate rentals so couldn't miss that. We just loved it, and naturally took to it. After a long days drive we reached Kelowna, home to Lake Okanagan, home to Ogopogo (pretty much the same story as the loch ness monster). Shortly after checking into the SameSun hostel (which has a cool beach vibe) we made our way down to the marina for a house boat party.
