... you've been out in the fresh mountain air  :-) So it was time to leave this morning. We woke to a foggy very snowy morning - so the drive down the mountain was pretty treacherous. Glad it wasn't me behind the wheel. It's just an hour back to Kelowna, so all very easy.  We're off out for dinner tonight and tomorrow we leave Kelowna for Calgary. Feb 13th to Feb 25th

After seeing lots of snow in Whistler (and warm temperatures towards the end of our stay of +3 at the base!) we hit the road again to head to Kelowna.

... the track/spare money. Dec 9th Best day on record! The snow was AMAZING. We had a 30cm dump over night. It was tough work riding powder and even tougher getting stuck and trying to get out. But the best fun!! Hot tub then $6 burgers at Sams. And afterwards, Trivia Night at the Blarney Stone with Leanne. I couldn't answer a question though. ... the promenade so we walked alongside the lake until we reached the main street, Bernard Street. Along the promenade is City Park. It is big open green park with manicured flower beds and occasional art sculptures dotted throughout. Where the park meets the high street (Bernard St) there is a huge sculpture of sails signifying the importance of the Lake to this city.
