... and I slept like a rock. That is really unusual for me as I am a fussy sleeper but boy did I sleep good. Even better than when I am at home. Maybe the no working thing is what my mind and body needs. Oh and the new freshly washed sheets and towels smelled just like going to my mom and dads - honestly I'd rather wear clean fleecy smelling clothing than any perfume. ... headed round the corner to Mission Ridge, another of the region’s most acclaimed wineries. It has a very grand, upmarket feel to it as you approach it, and has a very Tuscan flavour to its architecture. It even has a lawn amphitheatre that is used for outdoor concerts in the summer which is absolutely beautiful – they had Tony Bennett here for two nights recently, and the Gypsy Kings are playing next week. ... Australian couple and some Americans/Canadians. It is a hop on hop off tour so our tour group will change over the 8 days.
The first stop the bus made was in a town called Hope. This town is the chainsaw carving capitol of Canada.
Throughout the town they have all sorts of animal statues carved out. We grabbed some food for lunch at our next stop.

... to cook itself on the power lines and consequently took out all the electricity for the hotel complex. The body was quickly claimed by a local and we were eventually switched back on after about an hour.

Tomorrow, our last day, we are going on a tour of the local vinyards! 5 visits with 4 or 5 wines to taste in each. Should be a good day! Hic. A wine crawl maybe.
