Safari Motel Nephi

... so ca 35-40 grad im winter so ca -10 oder kälter. Dies Jahr ist ein kalter Sommer nur 30 grad durchschnittlich tagsüber :) Es ist wirklich cool hier fast an jeder Ecke an der Hauptstraße ist nen Fast-Food Laden und hier fahren andauernd nur Trucks rum. Ich habe grad das Haus makiert wich hier wohne.

An dem Ort ist meine Schule allerdings ist die Schule so neu, dass die Aufnahmen diese noch nicht anzeigt. Die Schule ist echt modern, in jedem Raum ein beamer und mindestens 1 PC. Die Schule hat so ca 1200 Schüler und das ist das erste Schuljahr dieser Schule.

So we finally left, had to pick up people at Rowland Heights, and then stopped at Barstow for "Happy Hour". Oh man! and another thing, to get everyone's attention, the tour guide said, "Cuckoo! Cuckoo!" in his happy voice. I gotta say, although this sounded ridiculous and funny, his cuckoo sound definitely got everyone's attention! :) Our next stop was lunch at Las Vegas! Whoo! So i went and rode ATV's in the sand dunes of Utah, a place called little sahara, about an hour and a half from salt lake or so, professionals go here, and this was my first time going to go ride in sand... it was crazy!! had a blast though, and i did well for my first time, at least i think so... I edited and made a cool movie out of the video's i took, so enjoy the videos and photos!

... to take another visit back to the dunes, and I do really like to drive the four wheeler up and down huge sand dunes! We stayed 2 nights, and both nights there were some great sunsets. Weather was warm and nice, and it was a good time...quite an interesting place.

On my way to Bryce I drove through the Zion NP, it was even more touching than my destination. The red rocks, the rock window, simply touching. I also bought one piece of Navajo pottery. It is now with me in my living room, reminding me the savage landscape and romantic curving road.

... MN and who cooks/serves the breakfast at The Inn where I stayed. Her son, Chris, graduated Minnetonka High School in 1978 (like me) and his name is Chris Kruell - ran cross country and now is a VP of Marketing for a small firm in Portland (?). Went to Snow Valley, a state park just outside of Santa Clara (beautiful town near St. George) and did a 3 mile hike on a lava flow. Got to Zion late because of that. Worth ...
