Trials & Tribulations, Smiles and Felicitations

Two Questions: To Go? To Return?
One question I continue to ponder is, what percentage of the students who travel abroad from China to study, return to China at the end of their studies or soon afterwards. Or return at all for that matter.
I have talked to some who plan to go and stay and others who are adamant that they will return. Neither of these is reliable of course as they are future predictions ...
