We had an early wake up at 7am so we could get to Universal Studios by regular buses. We had to catch the Disney bus to Downtown Disney, then catch a Lynx 50 bus, then transfer to a Lynx 8 bus. We got a one day park-to-park Universal pass and headed into the park at about 11:30am. The crowds were light so we waited no more than 15 minutes for a ride. It was a really hot day with limited cloud coverage, and there is ...
... Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. We went into a Country and Western Bear Critter Show, and then at Cameron's request we went onto Its a Small World once more. We dined on Pizza and Fries in the Magic Kingdom and then went and got our pitch for the Light Parade. Magic as usual. The light show on the castle followed. The view from the room is great though as we look out onto the lake. We then headed out to Super Target. We bought some food, a lot ...
Bit of a lie in today followed by afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian Hotel. Very nice - She Who Must Be Obeyed had one similar to the ones you get at places like Bettys in York whilst I had pate, cheeses and port. Very civilised!!
Wend from there to the Magic Kingdom to see the new areas of Fantasyland. All looks very good - The Beast's Castle looks awesome and She Who Must Be Obeyed had a Le Fou's Brew in Gaston's Tavern.
Went on Pirates of ...
