      Day started early with 6:50am - yes in the a of m - tee off at Maple Ridge golf course. Did 9 holes and enjoyed a fab morning. Then off to watch the first game - sad to say that MB lost to SK.       ... at the Calgary Stampede where the prize money for the afternoon was $126,000. Tomorrow the prize money totals just over a million and the total prize money for the 10 days is over 2 million. Being able to ride a bucking horse or bull or rope a calf is big business in this area.
