Finally Home

We are finally home. This is the greatest feeling ever. I finally get to sleep in my own bed and have some of my moms cooking. It was a great trip.

The total gas for the trip costed $622.38
The cost for National Parks/ Theme Park was $1430
The total cost for hotels was $2,448
The total cost for food and /ice was $369.50
Total cost for everything on the trip $4,869
Money earned during trip $915

... they were good! A bonus for the stop at the Nut Farm.
Our next stop was a Wednesday Flea Market a couple of hundred yards off the highway. The huge sign lured us in and we spent most of the next hour looking at lots of fruits and vegetables, junk like we find at home and lots and lots of folks that speak Speak mostly or all Spanish. Dolly bought two (we think) large mangos that we'll enjoy (I hope) later today.

... course they no longer deserved it.. I told them when I called them at 7:30am, they were supposed to take care it then and that it was outside their 4 hour idiocy rule! Not my problem, it was their problem. They then got back to me and told me the best they could do was get me on a flight from SFO to LAX and I could catch the later flight that was 4 hours later than my original flight... ... be a light snack of sandwiches - how wrong we were - as these mammoth sized hunks of food were placed on our table (and Sam's bread was actually fried...!) Despite the menu claiming my sandwich had 'thin cut ham' it soon became apparent that they had used an entire family-sized pack to complete my order.. Needless to say we are both on diets now as we have scoffed some serious calories on our way up the coast!
