My Mamma told me there'd be days like these!!!! lol Iw was mostly a cloudy drive here, but beautiful sights.. The rain was chasing us into town for the last 10kms or so.. We were both soaking wet by the time we got all set up. We're getting quicker, but it was a tight spot. We decided this would be a good time to go find a dry warm spot for a bite to eat in town.

Back at the trailer, we played some crib ...

Wish I’d continued a little further yesterday to Nancy Green Pr Pk. It’s small but a gorgeous spot and excellent trails along both sides of the lake. Oh well, next time ...

... it was of course announced to the 100+ crowd that it was a false call - much to their delight. Like any good friend would, Townley raced up to the stage to offer Williams some help - he handed him his glasses. After some difficulty the presenters realised even the glasses weren't enough and organised a special spotlight for him. Able to see clearly, Gary swiftly took control of the crowd with the words "Settle down children, ...

    Cycling Season!!

Sorry it's been awhile - March 27th actually! Outings wise, not too much has happened. The hill closed and there was this horrible shoulder season where we couldn't downhill, no biking trails were open, and the snow was bleh for x-country skiing. I had to chuckle when I spoke to others about this season: it doesn't seem to be uncommon for a little weight gain around this time! Most people have winter weight gain, with all the fun ...
