Looks like it is going to be a lovely day! Brunch at "Turtles" a local bakery restaurant. Excellent as per usual. Linda & Lynn then bathed both Daisy & Mouse in readiness for our holiday. corn on the cob (drenched in buttery goodness)

and of course, a local favorite, deep fried cheese curd.

Even though we walked around a lot, I'm pretty sure all the **** we ate cancelled out any benefit the walk might have provided.

... the bike path a block from their house. We started near the sports center and went along tidy back yards and parks. Soon we crossed the highway on a wooden bridge – clickety-clackety-style – and followed the coastline. There were whitecaps further out but here the water was like glass.
