    ... arrived in time to see Aiden in his first at bat. He does well with the bat and has a great throwing arm which is why he plays outfield, although he is one of the youngest players on the team.

    ... prepared breakfast. We used Panettone, and Italian Christmas Bread, to make french toast this morning. Everyone loved the breakfast and the slices were so large that no one was up for seconds.

    ... various work-out facilities through the US. We found that in Santa Maria the Shape UP franchise recognizes our Silver Sneakers cards so we dropped in and filled out the necessary paperwork and took the facility tour. Lots of machines, some free weights, and will definitely work for what we need.

    ... At the mission's doorstep is the last remaining Spanish Plaza in California. We enjoy visiting this town when we are in the area. The RV park is old and tired. With a little work it could be a real gem. The employees say that they are working on it but we don't see a lot of progress since our last visit in April.

    The morning after the tater tot tossing tournament, Amanda and Cory woke up early and rode their bikes to the store. They bought all the essential ingredients for making French toast, plus a little something special. They bought a dinosaur bread cutter to make Dino-myte French toast.
