We woke up early and headed out to pick our rental car up. Having arrived we filled out the required forms and to our delight we were upgraded for free to a keyless Nissan Altima. This was a good way to start the trip as we headed back to I-house to pack the car and get going.

We said goodbye to the pals and packed the car to begin our …

We decided to stop here because it's a slightly smaller version of the Pfeiffer Big Sur state park. McWay falls is definitely the big attraction here though. It plunges 80ft from the cliffs into the Pacific. Perfect spot for some perfect pictures. From here we decided To hit the gas and head straight down to Morro Bay for a spot of ...

... should buy the drug before we leave just in case we get shingles around our eyes. Earlier today I suggested that if we have any money left at the end of the trip we should get dental implants for $398. The ads, they're everywhere! We think maybe we're stopping at Pismo Beach tomorrow but we're really not sure and the itinerary is in the car. No accommodation booked but hey, we've mastered driving today so we're going to fly by the seat of our pants ...

          Hey guys!

25 days left and I have to come back to Quebec. Wow! I cannot believe that I have been in California for 5 weeks already. Time goes by really fast now that I am used to being by myself. I have to admit that I don't really want to leave this city. Who would have believed that from the start? Not me.

These past Sunday and Monday were both really hot days. The thermometer went up to 87F, which ...
