    ... a taxi to our hotel near the airport. Way too early to check in so went to Dolphin mall. Franchesca got a pair of nine west shoes, money burning a hole in her pocket. Had lunch and went to watch a movie, wolf of wall street.Definatley pg13,! Backto hotel, called it a day, long day tomorrow .

    ... Upstairs had a history of Florida, but it wasn't as interesting.

    It was time for lunch so we walked down Flagler Street which is the main strip, but we were surprised how empty the place was. The only shops were luggage, electronic and souvenir shops.     ... with our bags by 12.15. We book a 12.45 shuttle, and are surprised when the people in front of us are charged $90 for what we think is a $6 shuttle, but they are going to Miami.

    Murray sallies forth to find cash, crossing the road to the HSBC Bank, which has always been good with the size of withdrawals. We have been advised not to go down back alleys, but the actual ATM is in an underground car park, ill-lit and deserted. They will still only give $200, so ...

    ... to the squatting and swatting of our last blog.
    We chose temporary temperance and think that not drinking alcohol helped us manage the treks, but we made up for it with the Pisco Sours at the end!
    REI/ Mountain Lodges of Peru made this trip one that will be remembered. We highly recommend it to all!
