It was almost dark and another 150kms further on we saw signs to Springfield. I've since been told it's the home of The Simpsons and judging by a few of the folk we saw there I can see why The Simpsons would live here.

After grabbing a Starbucks for the road (they even make a nice English breakfast tea!!) we headed southward to stay overnight in Princeton, New Jersey.
