      ... long lines, we decided to splash out and get the front of line passes. These passes gave you one opportunity to skip the lines and get on a ride straightaway. And I am very glad we decided to do this as we were a bit sick of lines from Disneyland... The fast pass allowed us to use it once on each ride, to get through to the priority line, often with only a few people in front of us.       ... there that night, which happened to be "Lorde". The traffic up higher was ridiculous and we couldn't get anywhere near the Hollywood sign, so we took what photos we could and drove back down.
      Las breakfast at the hotel was going to cost us $20 a day we headed to Target and bought a toaster for $17. We already had Vegemite and jam so got some juice and bread.
      Headed back to the hotel and bed ready to hand the car back tomorrow. ...

      ... left the park just before 8pm, wondered around Downtown Disney for a bit, ate some food and then got home in time to sleep! Long Ol' Day!!!! Wasn't as hot that's a bonus. And, as per previous entry, they really do know how to treat their guests here. Even some of the toilets were air-conditioned!!!

      Back tomorrow to finish off what we started at Disney and then maybe a little road trip

      ... kids but I didn't care. Something I remembered from my childhood and associated with Disneyland was that ride.

      And the perfect end to the perfect day was that Disneyland put on an amazing fireworks display just for my birthday!!

      Actually that wasn't the end of the day. We were wandering the streets of Anaheim at 10.30 looking for food as we had been too busy to eat!!
