You can imagine how we began our day when the Garmin said 520 miles on 80 East this morning. We just looked at each other and sighed.
We drove across most of Wyoming today and there in not much to write about. No deer and antelope playing (well maybe five antelope), with lots of ten foot wooden snow fence along the Interstate. Obviously, …
... night! It is very necessary to "REFRESH" (much nicer word than "dump" which is just gross ) all holding tanks at that point before you have, shall we say....issues! Anyhow, love this learning curve..lesson learned!!

... and we have become great friends.
He comes everywhere with us and has his own little set up in the car for long journeys where he moves from one spot to another and seems really happy.
Because of my longer stay in the Grand Canyon, I didn't get to visit Wyoming, so Ismael and I decided to take a week and do this trip... with Buddy of course.
... handle the actual artifacts,
as well as, research their history and meaning.
Having been to China I look forward to re-living some of those wonderful adventures.

I'm VERY excited!
The last few weeks have been in total contrast to my Hawaii experience, and have been spent mostly indoors or in the car keeping warm... playing with the dogs, cooking hearty meals and driving around the state of Nebraska... I saw my first tumbleweed rolling over the Interstate, en route here from Denver.
What a strange place Lexington is. It was originally called Plum Creek which sounds much nicer, but the name was changed ...
How has this motel rated in the past?
Very impressed with this Rodeway Inn. We had a bad experience with one earlier in our vacation. Glad we gave them a try again.
