Afterwards we went to the spectacular Coronado Island Beach, where the famous 'Dell' hotel is situated. The architecture is amazing and the shopping complexes (there were more than one!) and rooms inside were enough to put us off ever staying anywhere else again! We did a little shopping in Macy's (Mieke was very excited) and then walked to the park and spent a few hours in the sunshine. For dinner we stop by at Dobsons. We are escorted upstairs by the owner. The mussel bisque is terrific. This is a 4 star joint.
