... place - a little Speak Easy called the Noble Experiment hidden behind a wall of beer kegs!!! I didn't get a chance to sample it's wares as it's a reservations only place but it's now on my list to do if I get back here. I'm also reliably informed that most of the people who make reservations wander around in circles on the street for their first visit - they're not completely in the know you see.

... I think the weirdest thing was seeing polar bears sitting outside in 85 degree heat eating carrots. Not sure in the weather or seeing them eating carrots was the strangest bit. Surely they should be in an indoor enclosure with the air condition turned up to full.
